September is Cure Childhood Cancer Month

September is Cure Childhood Cancer month and Scott Elementary participated in six days of fun from September 23-30, 2019 to help cure childhood cancer.  Monday was Hat Day - Put a cap on cancer:  Students could wear hats all day at school even in the classroom!  Tuesday was Cam Day - Hiding from cancer:  Students wore camouflage clothing and gear. Wednesday was Pajama Day - Dreaming away cancer:  Students wore school-appropriate pajamas.  Thursday was Super Hero Day - Be a hero put a stop to cancer:  Students wore super hero costumes or shirts. Friday was Wacky Tacky Day - Let’s at”tack” cancer and dress wacky tacky. The pay for 5 days and get the 6th day free theme for Monday, September 30 was another Hat Day!
